Modules
Employee Information Manager – This module captures the personal and bio-data of employees and allows users a glance at all employees in the system. This module allows management to add employees, add job descriptions, create departments, and create salary structures for employees. Management is able to set up their organisational chart in the software by creating the various departments in the company and setting up their head of departments or units in the software.
Time and Attendance – This module tracks and monitors team’s attendance overtime on regular basis regardless of the location of employees. This module is integrated with a Bio-metric time and attendance terminal (device) which uses facial and fingerprint technology. This device can store up to 300 faces and 3000 fingerprints. The device can be used remotely to record the attendance of employees. Reports are easily generated on an individual, departmental and corporate basis. Management can create and manage various shifts in the company and users can mark attendance digitally and manually using this module.
The Calendar or Events Manager component of our Time and Attendance Module allows organisations to plan and manage upcoming events in the organisation including holidays, staff birthdays and corporate events.
Leave Management – This module allows employees and their supervisors to plan, develop, approve and monitor annual leave of staff and managers of the company. The leave system has been developed to take note of other organisational leave types such as casual, maternity, and paternity, sabbatical, compassionate and bereavement. Users also have the flexibility of setting up leave tailored towards their leave policy.
Task Manager – The Task Manager module is a project management tool that allows users to assign and monitor tasks or activities to direct reports. Managers notifications when tasks or activities are entered into the system or completed.
Reporting Module – This module allows its users to request multiple reports on all modules based on the business needs of the organisation. This is an essential tool that allows the organization to generate analytical data and information on multiple cost centres for operational and management decision making.
