One of the prime hallmarks of an entrepreneur is the ability to develop and make available, solutions to consumer problems, and take calculated risks. Mr Moses Kwesi Baiden Junior embodies that hallmark with the ‘condiments’ of creative, high-achieving, and goal-oriented insight into business development, sales, marketing, and manufacturing.

He is the founder and CEO of Margins Group and its five subsidiaries split between two divisions: Margins ID Group (MIDG) and Margins Supplies Group (MSG) which operates across seven countries.

A Barrister at Law by profession, he began his call as an entrepreneur in 1990 and since had an unrelenting determination to approach the challenges of business by connecting people to solutions and services in a digitalized space all the while taking the time to nurture and mentor young professionals in leadership.

By identifying the pitfall in the print finishing market, Moses Baiden started Margins Group with a start-up capital of $100. And, having the knack for creativity, taking calculated risks and critical thinking, Margins Group has built itself to a reputable brand and garnered the interest and admiration of customers with its identity-focused security products.

MOBEX Awards

In 2018, at the Mobex Africa Innovation Awards, Margins Group received the Innovation in Cyber Security/Anti-Fraud as well as the Digital Campaign of The Year for the Ghana Card project.  Moses Baiden, CEO of Margins Group, also received the Innovation Pacesetter of the Year award.

In that same year, at the International Property Awards organized in Dubai, Margins Group Head Office Space won the office interior category for its functional design workspace.

He has thus, become the benchmark by which all entrepreneurs should and must emulate to achieve the success they so greatly envision.

That being said, Moses Baiden has proven himself as an outstanding entrepreneur in the digital technology space and thus honoured with the “Outstanding Digital Technology Entrepreneur” of the decade (2010 – 2020).
