In a recent engagement of industry players in November 2018, the NPRA made it known that they may be having a new home soon.  Four months after that, the pensions regulator National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA), has finally made the move.

In the month of March 2019, The NPRA moved to occupy the 9th floor of the magnificent newly-built business address, the SU Tower.  The building is next to the YMCA building and on the same road with the Accra Psychiatric Hospital.

SU Tower

This move would be expected to provide a more organised office space with meeting places and conference facilities from where they may hold their public programs, especially in such engagements of the industry.

As at the time of publication the regulator was just settling in the new home and could not talk or display much

In due course the magazine would visit them in due and bring more to our cherished readers.

Speaking to the Manager of Corporate Affairs, Mr. Emmanuel Dagbanu, he mentioned the need for the NPRA to expand their operations as the sector is growing both in fund values and contributor population, hence the need to expand the team and space.  He expected the move to drive motivation of staff and contribute to the enhancement of image of the regulator and the industry as a whole.
