The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) has come out with its maiden Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) report.
Top Banks in Ghana

Only 11 banks out of the 23 are 5-star rated for the quality of their service. Out of the 11 banks with a 5-star rating, only 3 of them are indigenous banks.

The study was based on 3 main constructs, namely: service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. It revealed an overall CIMG-CSI Performance Index of 95% for service quality, for which only two banks crossed the threshold. The 95% score was based on the average performance of the top five banks.
