The National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI) has presented the guidelines for businesses to access the government of Ghana’s stimulus package. The package is a soft loan package for businesses that have significantly suffered the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Some 200,000 micro, small and medium businesses are expected to benefit from the scheme known as the Coronavirus Alleviation Programme (CAP) Business Support Scheme. The Ghana government has earmarked an amount of GH₵600 million (US$103 million) for this soft loan exercise.

The presentation below brings clarity to the qualifying criteria for businesses who can benefit.
