Full details on why gov’t of Ghana terminated the PDS deal, the way forward

The government of Ghana has terminated its concession deal with Power Distribution Services Limited regarding the distribution of electricity in Ghana.

In a letter sighted by Ghanatalkbusiness signed by the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori Atta explained the controversy and the termination of the PDS deal.
