Ghana Talks Business had a chat with Prof. Kwamina Panford of the Northeastern University, Boston, USA at the recent Stanbic Bank-Graphic Breakfast Meeting. He advised that to get a jump-start in the economy you need massive job creation. He believes Ghana can emulate Korea in picking winners to jump-start the Ghanaian economy for development.
