Many factors impact an Organisation’s performance, it is increasingly being accepted that the key one is Employee Contribution. These articles which are in three parts are intended to provide Thought Leadership in the area of maximizing Employee Contribution for the achievement of sustainable outstanding Organisational Performance and also for competitive advantage.

The articles give the overview of the concept which has been crystallised over twenty eight years of my work grappling with employee performance as a Business Manager, and later as a Management Consultant. This concept provides a holistic approach to maximizing employee contribution. The various segments of the concept are presented in three parts in separate articles as follows:

Part 1: The Development of an Inspiring and Engaging Strategy and the Mission Leadership. Part 2: Establishing the Right Organizational Culture.
Part 3: Alignment of the Individual Employee and releasing their potential.

These articles explain the concept. The details of the workings of this concept in practice will come in future articles. It is my expectation that business managers in organizations and the general public will find this concept useful, comment on it, criticise and challenge it, build on it, and also apply the concept as seen appropriate in their own work.
