Hans Cottage Botel is located in Cape Coast the Central Region of Ghana is a notable tourist destination that spells outstanding rich tradition as well as the proverbial friendly hospitality of the Ghanaian.

This site gives visitors a feel of Paga Crocodile Pond, Nzulezu Village, boat rides, bird watching, and more.

Tourist attractions in Ghana are mostly gifted by nature with very little to boast of in terms of man-made or artificially created tourism sites. One such attraction in Ghana is the Hans Cottage, located in Cape Coast in the Central region of Ghana.

Hans Cottage boasts of several attractions and activities that tourists can partake in including crocodile watch, boat ride on a man-made pond, small rounded buildings constructed on the pond,  swimming pool and bird watching.

At Hans Cottage, to be able see the crocodiles, pieces of bread are casted into the pond to attract fishes to the surface of the water then crocodiles who depend mostly on these fishes as meal hurry to the surface to feed on the fishes.

Also at Hans Cottage, there is also a bird-watch close to the lake, there are very short trees which serve as habitat to different bird species.

This is why Hans Cottage is Botel not Hotel

Hans Cottage has both a Botel and Hotel facilities. The hotel is seen near the pool while the botel is much more like Nzulezu structures seen on the pond.
